Capsicum

High Resolution

I loathe eating Capsicum. I don’t mind this glass one that looks kinda nice though.

Speaker

High Resolution

I found this incredibly cruddy and cheap speaker in a store on S.P. Road. I’ve been looking for something a little louder than my iPhone to use for my shower singing purposes. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a nice one since I will almost certainly get something wet and break it. So far, this has been working just fine.

Feynman

High Resolution

This is a set of Feynman’s famous lectures at Caltech. I haven’t made my way through all of them yet (I hope to, someday), but I love the portions I’ve read. I’m a long time Feynman fanboy, so I figured this was worth shooting.

Cars

High Resolution

This collection of cars has been around for almost as long as I have. I remember playing with them as a kid. I was unable to get the glass open, but I kind of like the reflection anyway.

Crystal

High Resolution

This week’s theme might be the easiest one yet for me. It’s: on the shelf. There are a ton of shelves in my house so I’m going to pick one interesting thing from each one every day :)

The first of them is a subset of my parents’ crystal collection. For as long as I can remember, my parents have been collecting crystal from everywhere they travel to. As a result they have a small collection of crystal stuff (mostly animals) that they have in a showcase in our living room. I was very tempted to clear the dust on the shelf before shooting but I wanted to leave it in there just to illustrate how often those shelves get opened :)
